Thefollowing is a description of the range of post construction serviceswe offer.
Communications
We have a regular contact schedule with each vessel via land line, cellular or satellite communications. When available we can get daily position reports via Sat C when the yacht is making passage, which not only allows us to properly schedule operations, but is an invaluable safety consideration.
Insurance
We have relationships with a number of marine underwriters, and will check the marketplace annually to ensure that the vessel is properly covered at competitive premiums.
Operating Cash Management and Accounting
We can handle the cash management and reporting for yachts. Statements are issued regularly to the Owner in order that the budgets are kept and the information is clear.
Parts Procurement
We are used to tracking down hard to find parts on short notice, as well as procuring the more routine items from marine equipment manufacturers and suppliers. Working with the Captain and Engineer, we also strive to maintain a proper inventory of spares on board.
Parts Shipping
Through our in-house staff and worldwide network of shipping agents and customs brokers, we routinely expedite parts and equipment to the yacht, whether in Turkey or Thailand.
Refit Management
Our yacht construction experience allows us to seamlessly step in to oversee both major and minor refits as required. If the Captain decides to take a vacation during the refit, he can do so knowing that the work scheduled will be properly supervised.
Ships Mail
We can act as the central mailing location for ships documents and crew mail. By staying in touch with the Captain, we can make sure that the packages of mail and important documents arrive on or before the vessels arrival in port.
Travel Coordination
We routinely make the necessary arrangements to get the Owner, regular crew and delivery crew to and from the yacht.
