Welcome Baccarat

BMS that brings together world’s renowned home and office brands hosted crystal admirers in its “Welcome Baccarat (Hoşgeldin Baccarat)” event that lasted to the wee hours of the night and was held on 28 May, Tuesday at 19.00 hours.

Lorenzo Nuti, Area Sales Director at Baccarat, and noted designer Arik Levy, who creates designs for the brand, attended the event, where guests were impressed by Baccarat’s lighting fixtures and Tuile De Cristal chandelier by Arik Levy exhibited in 2013 Milan Fair as well. It was noted that guests also examined and were heavily interested in lighting fixtures Torch, Ellipse and Tourbillon that were displayed in the showroom and were designed by the same designer. In the event which hosted elite guests in a welcoming and sincere atmosphere, the guests, who had the opportunity to chat with Arik Levy, enjoyed themselves until the wee hours of the night along with the performance of DJ Sinan Mercenk.

Happy and proud to bring renowned French brand Baccarat, a symbol of beauty and crystallized perfection since its inception, with its admirers years after its first arrival in Turkey in the Ottoman Period, Neslihan Işık, BMS A.Ş. CEO, and Lorenzo Nuti delivered their inaugural addresses, expressing their satisfaction with the cooperation.

Two different patterns of Tuile de Cristal - Piccadilly and Frozen- designed in 2013 by Arik Levy, who has been working closely with Baccarat for 8 years, were introduced to the guests. Frozen model, which offers countless permutations for the decoration and resembles to ice crystals, and Piccadilly model, which is composed of clear crystal tiles and diffracts light through its juxtaposition on a white metal canvas, drew the attention.

It was stated that Tuile De Cristal chandelier was designed based on this idea in 3 different diameters, with different sizes and 3-4 levels so that it can adapt to homes or a wide range of architectural concepts or different settings, in a variety of ways.

Guests were seen off from this elegant event, where Baccarat’s lighting fixtures and unique pieces designed by renowned designers were displayed, with Baccarat gifts and a CD album with exclusive tracks.
