Neslihan Işık

After getting her Interior Architecture degree from Marmara University in Istanbul, she received her Product Design degree from Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles. While at Art Center she worked in numerous sponsored projects. In 1998 she did her internship with Giorgio Marianelli in Milan, designing kitchen utensils. After graduating in 1999 she worked on a Desk System design for Herman Miller at Bottom & Duvivier in Redwood city, Ca. After completion of this project, between 2000 and end of 2003, she worked at Eight Inc. in San Francisco, on Apple Store concept design and implementation.
In 2004 she moved back to Istanbul to manage her family business BMS. In 2 years she managed to double the volume of the business and sign in different contracts. Combining her experience both in design and business side of Design Industry, she is now back to consulting firms in design strategy.
